The #BusinessClub company was founded in 2018 by Herman Te and Murad Damirov. This is a separate business line of Capital Group, developing a network of service offices and specializing in the creation of flexible built-to-suit spaces.

Coworking space in the business center "City of Capitals" with an area of 550 square meters was the first project of the company. Over the past few years, over 600 small and medium-sized companies have become residents of the site.

Today the company's portfolio includes three sites located in MIBC "Moscow City" with a total area of over 11,000 square meters, #BusinessClub service offices for Yandex companies in MFC "OKO II" (10,000 square meters), as well as a marketplace for booking and renting Home Office jobs. The nearest plans include the implementation of large development projects in the build-to-suit format in the business districts of Moscow.
